Improvements

This release add several improvements to Percolate Queries:

• Fullscan queries are now supported

• MVA attributes can be used in filters

• Regexp filter and RLP morphology processing work with percolate indexes.

• a known performance issue was fixed in case of batched documents against stored queries with wildcards
